Tricks & Choreo

Step up your inversion game with this advanced workshop tailored for those comfortable with inversions. Master intense tricks and work them into a choreographed routine with hands-on assistance. Possible tricks include straight-legged front and back walkovers, flying lizard, or bird of paradise, based on student engagement. Increase your flexibility and body awareness while pushing your limits.

Aerial Yoga

Available as private sessions only, Aerial Yoga offers a deeper stretch and support, helping you become stronger and more flexible through conditioning and inverting. This restorative and meditative class focuses on strength building, hip opening, hamstring stretching, and spinal decompression.

Gentle

Ideal for those looking for a Yoga Flow/Pilates using the Yoga Inversion Trainer. There are no inversions or hands-on assistance in this class. Enjoy gentle stretches using the yoga trainer as your buddy, improving your balance, flexibility, and skeletal-muscular operations of the mind and body. This class could also incorporate stretch bands and/or Weights (optional) work if time allows. We will end class with a relaxing Savasana leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated. See you on the mat.

Strength & Conditioning

Designed for those seeking a challenge, this class requires the ability to maintain inversions for extended periods. It may include hands-on assistance and the use of props like yoga blocks, therapy bands, or ankle weights. Strengthen and tone your core, arms, shoulders, and back in this high-intensity, low-impact workout, leaving you feeling accomplished with a full-body exercise.

Burlesqueupdancer

Learn the art of tease from the creator of Burlesqueupdancer. Seduce your audience upside down with the yoga inversion trainer. This workshop may involve clothing removal and personal seduction. Heels and knee pads are optional. Prerequisite: Basics class and comfortable with inversions. Embrace your sexy side and leave your inhibitions behind.

Chair Tricks & Choreo

Combine chair tricks with pole dancing for a dynamic duo. This workshop or private class requires a basic understanding of pole and chair. Heels are optional. Expand your skills and enjoy this fun, integrated experience.

Contemporaryinvert/Synchinvert

Explore the blend of contemporary and synchronized dance with the yoga inversion trainer. Whether dramatic or playful, this workshop promises an engaging and artistic experience. Learn the creative flow from the inventor of Contemporaryinvert and Synchinvert, and get ready to be lost in the music. This class may or may not include Pole apparatus.

Intro to Pole Fitness

Prerequisite- Complete 4 classes prior to signing up for Beginner Pole Flow or upon instructors approval. Start your journey here as we learn the basic foundations of Pole Fitness. This will be a technique class, and we will not be in heels. No experience required. This is a great class for those to refresh their basic pole fitness skills or if you are brand new. Please bring your Yoga mat for the warmup. Come bond friendships and uplift each other as we all learn this new journey together. We occasionally share poles in this class. See you soon!

Front-Line Responders Yoga Inversion Trainer

This class, designed specifically for First Responders, offers a full-body workout that challenges both the body and mind. Combining yoga flow with strength-building exercises, it helps improve flexibility, balance, and endurance. With a maximum of 5 adults 18+ per session, you’ll receive personalized attention and support. This class will not include inversions or hands on assist.
Workshops can be provided at your business location (men or women 18+) which may or may not include inversions depending on how you would like it structured. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Classes available now at YogaFit10l location (not Front-Line Responders specific but you get the same benefit is “Gentle Yoga Inversion Trainer” classes women only 18+). Mats are available at no charge. Yoga bands and/or weights may be incorporated if time allows.
Be sure to bring a water bottle and a towel to stay refreshed.
The class concludes with a calming savasana, helping you recenter, ground yourself, and clear your mind. A perfect way to recharge and strengthen both body and mind in a small, focused setting.
